Our Ingredients

Each Cake is carefully designed and individually hand baked in the kitchen of our family home and decorated to the highest standard with personal care and attention and are available in over 16 mouthwatering flavours.

All of our cakes are freshly prepared as close to the event as possible and only the finest quality organic ingredients is used wherever possible and considerable care and attention is taken to ensure that your cake is always fresh, moist and tasty.

Our fruit cakes are made to Granny’s old secret recipe, using only the best quality organic ingredients wherever possible using vine and orchard fruits soaked and matured in Napoleon Brandy over time and a classic blend of sweet spices – to give a matured moist cake full of flavour.  (We are constantly being asked what our secret recipe is to make the fruit cake so moist.  All of our customers say they have never tasted anything like them! – which we love to hear)
